Project example: Omega have recently undertaken a challenging project within the Management Building of Warwick Hospital. This involved the removal of AIB panels followed by a full environmental decontamination of an entire roof void (over 500m2). The project had to have a bespoke scaffold access system installed as we could not access the roof void from inside the building. We also had to put a fall arrest system in place to ensure there were no falls from height whilst working in the roof void.
