Asbestos Removal Works at Listed Buildings in Essex

Omega Environmental Services are currently on site carrying the safe removal and disposal of licensed and non-licensed asbestos materials at a discontinued school in Essex. The building has plenty of heritage associated to it, as it was originally founded in 1702 and closed in 2017. The school itself served as a building of education for 150 years.

Key project features:

– Locally listed buildings.
– Site team of 10+ personnel.
– Asbestos Thermal Insulation throughout.
– 3-month programme.

Our package:

– Licensed and Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal.
– Licensed and Non-Licensed Scaffolding.
– Manual demolition.

We’re thrilled to be involved in this project, delivering the enabling works package and contributing significantly to the overall redevelopment of the buildings. The overall development scheme will provide 96 new homes which is facilitated by conversion of attractive historic buildings and sympathetic new-build.

All works are currently commencing as planned, we’ll keep everyone updated with progress pictures throughout the project.
