The Site Audit Accreditation Scheme explained:
These site audits are carried out on notified licensable work and are unannounced, so contractors will have no knowledge of when or where an audit will take place.
All completed site audit reports are assessed and verified to provide; confirmation of compliance and/or identity areas for improvement to support members, and to maintain the high professional standards demanded by the Association.
