The summer holidays will soon be approaching and as such this is the perfect time to make arrangements for the removal or management of asbestos.
If you are responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of a school building, you must manage any asbestos in it (under regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012). It is vital to properly manage asbestos in buildings to lessen the risk of exposure and to ensure the safety of all students, teachers and the general public.
